    Bio

    Philip Shlossman, MD serves as a managing partner of the Delaware Center of Maternal and Fetal Medicine of Christiana Care.  He also is the Co-Associate Director of the OB/GYN residency program for the Christiana Care Health System. In addition to his clinical role and managerial roles with the practice, Dr. Shlossman serves on the following local and state committees:

    Dr. Shlossman graduated from Texas A&M University Medical School in 1984 and completed his OB/GYN residency at Christiana Care Health System in 1988.  After completing fellowship training in maternal fetal medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in 1990 he returned to Christiana Care Health System (then called Medical Center of Delaware) to serve as Associate Director of the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine.  He has also served as Co-Medical Director of Special Deliveries, Director of Medical Student Education in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Coordinator of Perinatal Research in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine and Site Principle investigator of for NICHD-MFMUN.  Dr. Shlossman is board certified in both specialties of Maternal Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology.
