All patients and support people must wear a mask and will be screened for illness at check- in
If you have any of these symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, nausea, diarrhea or loss of taste or smell or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact our office at (302) 319-5680 prior to your appointment.

Please bring a valid photo ID and current insurance card at every visit. New patients should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to check-in. All patients should be prepared to pay their copay at the time of service.

About Your Appointment
To better help you prepare for your appointment, please be sure you review the following items:
- Bring your driver's license or picture ID AND insurance card to every appointment.
- Be prepared to pay your co-pay.
- You do not need a full bladder for your ultrasound appointment unless you are having a 1st Trimester Screen, then please come with a partially full bladder.
- You can eat and drink before your appointment.
- You can bring a support person or family members to watch your ultrasound.
- New patients bring completed forms. Patient Forms
- Genetic Counseling appointment preparation.
- New patients arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete registration process.
- If you are late for your appointment it may need to be rescheduled.
