Dr. Kelly Ruhstaller is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist at the Delaware Center for Maternal & Fetal Medicine. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women with high-risk pregnancies, with a special focus on preventing preterm birth and improving pregnancy outcomes.
