Liz has more than 15 years of experience in women’s health care. She is currently the practice manager for The Delaware Center for Maternal and Fetal Medicine of Christiana Care, an academic community practice. As a subsidiary of Christiana Care Health Services, this unique corporate structure is a hybrid of both private and hospital based practice models. Liz supervises over 50 employees while overseeing multiple clinical sites. In her previous position as a practice manager, she helped establish the first private maternal fetal medicine practice in Delaware. Elizabeth has experience in practice start up, including business development, strategic hiring, and comprehensive systems operations.

Deb has worked in the field of Women’s Health for more than 20 years. She joined Christiana Care (then The Medical Center of Delaware) in 1989 and began her nursing career working with oncology patients at Christiana Hospital. In 1990 she moved to Christiana Care’s labor and delivery unit where she worked as a staff nurse for more than 10 years. In 2000, while still working for the Christiana Care Health System, Deb joined Christiana Care’s Maternal Fetal Medicine department where she worked with the high risk obstetric population served by Christiana Care’s Outpatient Services department. She joined the Delaware Center for Maternal and Fetal Medicine of Christiana Care at its inception in 2007.
