ONLINE BILL PAYMENT REFUND POLICY
All transactions processed via DCMFM of Christiana Care online bill pay are eligible for a refund if you would like to cancel a payment. To request a cancellation of payment, please call DCMFM of Christiana Care billing department at (302) 319-5680. Please allow 10-14 business days to fully process the refund.
Over Payment
DCMFM of Christiana Care will send an overpayment check within 10-14 business days once the overpayment has been identified by DCMFM of Christiana Care.
